Brian Urlacher handed another fine

Brian Urlacher has been handed his second fine in as many weeks for a horse-collar tackle.

The NFL has fined the Chicago Bears linebacker $21,000 (£13,000) for the challenge on Seattle Seahawks running back Leon Washington.

Urlacher, who is likely to miss the four remaining regular season games through injury, was fined $15,750 (£10,000) last week for committing the same offence against Adrian Peterson of the Minnesota Vikings.

The 34-year-old is appealing against both fines.
