EJ Manuel praises "nasty" Buffalo Bills offense

The Buffalo Bills' offense is "getting stronger" and "nastier", claims quarterback EJ Manuel.

Buffalo Bills quarterback EJ Manuel is excited by his side's offense ahead of the new season.

New coach Rex Ryan has added a host of new offensive stars, including running back LeSean McCoy, and Manuel believes that they can become one of the best offensive sides in the NFL.

He told WGR-AM: "I just think the dynamics that we have and the personnel that we have, you look at the receivers, running backs and the tight ends we have at the skill positions and the O-linemen getting better, getting stronger, getting nastier.

"But with the shifts and motions and the things we'll do to mix it up for a defence is going to be really good."

Manuel is expected to compete with Kyle Orton to start as first-choice quarterback next season.
