Matt Schaub hopes to rediscover his best at Baltimore Ravens

Thirty-three-year-old quarterback Matt Schaub admits that he had a "rough year" last season but insists that he can rediscover his best form.

New Baltimore Ravens quarterback Matt Schaub is adamant that he can still perform at the top level if he is given the "right opportunity".

The 33-year-old joined the Ravens from the Oakland Raiders yesterday and is keen to put his poor 2014 season, where he failed to throw a touchdown, behind him.

He told the Baltimore Sun: "I had a rough year. I learned from it. I've got a lot more football left in me. I know what I can do as a player. I know what I'm capable of. It's just a matter of finding the right opportunity."

Schaub signed a one-year deal with the Ravens.
