The Atlanta Falcons have revealed that Lamar Holmes will be out for an indefinite spell after sustaining a fracture to his foot during the team's offseason preparations.
The tackle had been working at left and right tackle after dropping weight ahead of the 2015 NFL season.
However, the NFC South side announced that Holmes will need time off to recover from the injury, and have not indicated how long it will keep him on the sidelines.
Holmes was a starter for the team in 2013, but lost the starting job after just four games last season.
