Arizona Cardinals avoid Jacksonville Jaguars scare

The Arizona Cardinals come from behind to beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 27-14 at EverBank Field.

The Arizona Cardinals have made it three wins in a row in the NFL courtesy of a 27-14 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jaguars opened the scoring early in the first quarter when Chad Henne found Danny Noble for a 62-yard touchdown.

The Cardinals levelled things up on the very next drive when Larry Fitzgerald collected Carson Palmer's pass for a 14-yard score.

Jacksonville regained the lead shortly afterwards, however, capping off a high-scoring start to the match when Maurice Jones-Drew found his way over the line from a yard out.

The Cardinals hit back late in the second quarter as Rashard Mendenhall rushed for a five-yard touchdown to level things up going into half time.

The visitors began the second half on top, taking the lead through a Jay Feely field goal before Michael Floyd extended that advantage with a 91-yard touchdown from Palmer's pass.

Feely added another kick midway through the fourth quarter to open up a 13-point gap between the two sides, and that was how it stayed as the Cardinals saw out the match and left the Jaguars still waiting for their first home victory of the campaign.
