Bruce Arians: 'Quarterbacks in 2013 draft lack wow factor'

Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians says that none of the quarterbacks due to be drafted this year has impressed him.

Bruce Arians has said that the quarterbacks available in this year's NFL draft lack the wow factor.

The 2012 draft saw five quarterbacks secure starting roles in the league, including the Indianapolis Colts' Andrew Luck, who worked with Arians before he took up the head coach's role at the Arizona Cardinals.

Arians told ESPN: "The guys that were in the combine last year, all of them when they left the room, you went, 'Wow'. No one in this draft made me go, 'Wow'.

"It depends once we get the roster set and if that [draft] room hasn't changed, [Drew Stanton] is our starter. It's that easy."

Stanton was Luck's backup at the Colts in 2012, but agreed a move to the Cardinals earlier this month.

The 2013 draft takes place in April.
