Tim Allen refutes an allegation from Pamela Anderson that he flashed his penis at her during their time working on Home Improvement.

Tim Allen has denied allegations from Pamela Anderson that he flashed his penis at her during their early days working together on Home Improvement.

The much-loved sitcom, which ran for eight seasons between 1991 and 1999, starred Allen as family man Tim Taylor, a tools-and-cars obsessed host of a show called Tool Time.

Anderson appeared in the first two seasons as Lisa, the assistant to Tim on Tool Time - also known as the show's 'Tool Girl'.

According to Variety, in Anderson's upcoming memoir she recalls an alleged incident backstage during the show's first season in 1991 - a time when she was aged 23 and the comedian was 37.

She wrote: "On the first day of filming, I walked out of my dressing room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe. He opened his robe and flashed me quickly - completely naked underneath.

"He said it was only fair, because he had seen me naked. Now we're even. I laughed uncomfortably."

In a statement to the publication, Allen said: "No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing."

Love, Pamela is released on January 31, while Allen currently stars in The Santa Clause TV spinoff The Santa Clauses for Disney+.
