Danny Dyer is reportedly offered a deal to appear in his own fly-on-the-wall show by Channel 4.

Danny Dyer has reportedly been approached about starring in his own fly-on-the-wall reality show following his decision to quit EastEnders.

The 44-year-old will leave the BBC soap later this year after more than eight years playing Vic landlord Mick Carter and has spoken about his desire to try new acting roles.

According to The Sun, however, Dyer has a lucrative offer on the table for a show that would follow the day-to-day life of him and his family - including wife Jo, daughters Dani and Sunnie and eight-year-old son Arty.

"Once Danny is a free agent later this year, the sky's the limit," a source told the newspaper.

"TV production companies are falling over themselves to film him and his family.

"Channel 4 made him a lucrative offer that he's been tempted by and he knows his family would make really lively, fun TV as they're all so down-to-earth and people at home can relate to them."

Dyer has previously denied speculation that he has signed up to headline a new drama series for Sky.
