Malique Thompson-Dwyer is reportedly returning to Hollyoaks as Prince McQueen.

Malique Thompson-Dwyer has reportedly signed a deal to return to Hollyoaks two years after quitting the show.

The 23-year-old, who plays Prince McQueen, is said to have already started filming new scenes, meaning that he is likely to be seen on screen later this summer.

Prince departed the village in 2019 in order to go travelling in honour of his girlfriend Lily, who died after contracting sepsis.

"Prince's return is going to be exciting and a must-see for fans," a source told The Sun.

"He left heartbroken and grieving over Lily but when he returns he's made his peace with what happens and he's moved on.

"He'll get stuck into the thick of things in true Prince style."

A spokesperson for the soap refused to comment on the report of Prince's return.
