Duncan James will reportedly join Denise Van Outen as a replacement for her ex Eddie Boxshall on the next series of Celebrity Gogglebox.

Denise Van Outen will reportedly be joined by good friend Duncan James on the next series of Celebrity Gogglebox.

The TV presenter has been a firm fixture on the Gogglebox spinoff since it started in 2019, appearing alongside her now-ex of seven years Eddie Boxshall.

Van Outen was keen to remain on the show despite her split from Boxshall, which happened earlier this year, and according to The Sun, she has now recruited Blue singer James to join her on the sofa.

"Denise and Duncan have been pals since they both shot to fame in the late nineties and he has been helping her through her painful break-up this year," a source told the newspaper.

"As bezzies who share a similarly outrageous sense of humour, they have the perfect chemistry to deliver some laughs as they survey TV shows."

The new series is due to begin on Channel 4 next month.
