Caroline Wozniacki comes from a set down to beat Timea Bacsinszky to a place in the semi-finals of the Wuhan Open.

Caroline Wozniacki came from a set down to secure a 4-6 6-2 6-3 victory over Timea Bacsinszky to reach the semi-finals of the Wuhan Open in China.

The US Open finalist was broken twice in the first set, and despite getting a break back, was forced into a one-set deficit.

In the second set, games went by the way of serve, but Bacsinszky was unable to recreate her form from the first set as she suffered a double break to relinquish her lead.

It was a tight affair in the third and final set, but Wozniacki was able to swing the momentum in her direction by earning a break point before wrapping up the contest.
