Jamie Murray and his doubles partner John Peers lose to Feliciano Lopez and Max Mirnyi in the first round at Queen's.

Jamie Murray, along with doubles partner John Peers, has been knocked out of the opening round at the Queen's Club this afternoon.

The duo faced the combination of Feliciano Lopez and Max Mirnyi, who ran out 4-6 7-5 10-3 victors in London.

With the score level at one set apiece, the encounter entered a first to 10 points deciding tie-breaker, which Lopez and Mirnyi won with ease.

Murray and Peers will now prepare for Wimbledon, where the Scot won the mixed doubles title with Jelena Jankovic in 2007.
