Just before the break, Australia made in 10-0 as Jeloudev crossed the line for his second score, but they failed to add the extra points.

In the second half, the Wallabies began to turn the screw and Liam Gill scored their third try of the game and this time Stannard was able to convert to hand his side a 17-0 lead.

Sam Myers added insult to injury to Samoa when he scored just before the final whistle to confirm his side's comprehensive victory.
