The programme sees participants filmed as they watch and react to popular TV shows such as The X Factor, Strictly Come Dancing and The Great British Bake Off.

The Three Lions stars will take part in a special celebrity episode to mark Channel 4's annual fundraising telethon Stand Up To Cancer.

Vardy said: "Being fans of the show ourselves, we can't wait to join the Gogglebox families and hope that together we can raise vital funds and awareness for Stand Up To Cancer."

Arsenal winger Oxlade-Chamberlain added: "With one in two of us developing cancer in our lifetime, it's so important for us to join together and do as much as we can.

"By being part of this Gogglebox special, we're delighted to help support this amazing cause so let's raise as much as we possibly can and really make a difference."

The episode will air Friday, October 21 on Channel 4.
