More than 100 seats at the Emirates were reportedly destroyed following Galatasaray's visit to face Arsenal in the Champions League.

Galatasaray supporters reportedly destroyed more than 100 seats during their visit to Arsenal's Emirates Stadium on Wednesday.

The fans of the Turkish club sparked controversy during their side's 4-1 defeat to the Gunners by throwing flares onto the pitch during the first half.

Now, images have emerged on social media appearing to detail the amount of damage that was done to the seats in the away end.

UEFA have opened disciplinary proceedings against Galatasaray for crowd disturbances and throwing fireworks.
