Tuesday's Euro 2020 predictions including France vs. Germany

Sports Mole provides score predictions for both of Tuesday's Euro 2020 fixtures - Hungary vs. Portugal and France vs. Germany.

Hungary vs. Portugal (Tuesday, 5.00pm)

Portugal will be looking to win their second European Championship in succession this summer, and Fernando Santos's side open their Euro 2020 campaign with a clash against Hungary in Budapest.

A Selecao will be determined to make a strong start on Tuesday considering the strength of Group F, but Hungary are now a team to be taken extremely seriously at this level of football.

We say: Hungary 0-1 Portugal

Hungary held Portugal to a draw when they locked horns at Euro 2016, and Santos's side are unlikely to have it all their own way on Tuesday. The holders need to get off to a strong start, though, and we fancy Ronaldo to inspire his side to an important victory over the Hungarians.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

France vs. Germany (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

A clash of gargantuan proportions takes place in the group of death on Tuesday night, as 2018 World Cup winners France prepare to meet the 2014 champions Germany at Euro 2020 in Munich.

Didier Deschamps's side are already being tipped to avenge their 2016 final defeat and go all the way this year, while Joachim Low will be praying for one last dance at Die Mannschaft.

We say: France 1-0 Germany

The attacking power at Germany's disposal makes a France clean sheet seem somewhat incomprehensible, but Deschamps's men have the defensive tools needed to shut up shop against any opposition in Europe.

This mouthwatering tie could very well be settled by a moment of magic from the likes of Mbappe or Benzema, and Germany are not exactly the force they once were, so we are backing Les Bleus to take the spoils by the narrowest of margins.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.
