Result: Great Britain lose 7-1 to Turkey in Group A goalball match

Great Britain's men lose 7-1 to Turkey in their Group A Paralympic goalball clash.

Great Britain have succumbed to another goalball defeat in Group A after recording a 7-1 loss to Turkey in the men's event.

The host nation suffered an early blow in the contest, from which they were unable to come back as Turkey snatched two quick goals.

ParalympicsGB did manage to find the net on one occasion but it was too late for the Brits to launch a successful comeback.

Britain's women take to the court today to play Finland at 3pm.
