Sevilla are reportedly interested in taking Andreas Christensen from Chelsea as part of a deal for Jules Kounde, but the Blues have no intention of letting him leave.

Sevilla could reportedly look to snap up Andreas Christensen from Chelsea as part of a deal for centre-back Jules Kounde.

Kounde is rumoured to be in advanced discussions over a move to Chelsea, but Sevilla are prepared to drive a hard bargain over the £68m-rated France international.

The Blues have been tipped to offload Kurt Zouma to Julen Lopetegui's side as a means of driving the price down, but West Ham United are now thought to be at the head of the queue for the Frenchman's signature.

As a result, The Athletic claims that Sevilla are 'admirers' of Christensen, which could lead to the possibility of the La Liga side enquiring about his availability.

However, the same report adds that Chelsea have no plans to let the Denmark international leave and are instead hoping to tie him down to a new deal beyond the summer of 2022.

Christensen was an ever-present for Denmark en route to the Euro 2020 semi-finals, and he featured 27 times in all competitions for Chelsea last term, including a 51-minute run-out in the Champions League final.
