The San Francisco 49ers and Cincinnati Bengals both produce last-gasp field goals to end the Green Bay Packers' and Tennessee Titans' Super Bowl hopes.

NFL top seeds Green Bay Packers and Tennessee Titans both saw their Super Bowl LVI dreams evaporate as the San Francisco 49ers and Cincinnati Bengals advanced to the Championship Games.

After sinking the Las Vegas Raiders in the Wild Card playoffs, the Bengals found themselves 6-0 up in the first quarter of their Divisional playoff versus the Titans thanks to Evan McPherson's 45-yard field goal before Derrick Henry levelled proceedings with a touchdown.

With the scores tied at 16-16 in the fourth quarter with seconds remaining, McPherson's phenomenal kicking performance ended with a 52-yard game-winning field goal to send the Bengals into the AFC Championship.

Zac Taylor's side will now do battle against either the Buffalo Bills or Kansas City Chiefs for a spot in the Super Bowl, while the 49ers also revelled in a dramatic late success.

The snow-filled contest saw the top-seeded Packers crumble in the final quarter, as Talanoa Hufanga's touchdown from Jordan Willis's block preceded Robbie Gould's last-gasp 45-yard field goal in a 13-10 win.

Either the Los Angeles Rams or reigning Super Bowl champions Tampa Bay Buccaneers will meet the 49ers in the NFC Championship, with the other two ties set to take place later on Sunday.
