Team News: Hugo Lloris returns for Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur captain Hugo Lloris returns to the side for their Premier League clash with Stoke City, who hand Wilfried Bony a debut.

Tottenham Hotspur have welcomed captain Hugo Lloris back into the starting lineup for their Premier League clash with Stoke City this afternoon.

The France international has been absent since the opening game of the season due to a hamstring injury, but returns in place of Michel Vorm at the bet365 Stadium.

The skipper is one of three changes to the team from Mauricio Pochettino, with Ben Davies replacing the injured Danny Rose and Son Heung-Min coming in for Erik Lamela.

Deadline-day signing Moussa Sissoko only makes the bench, though, while there is no place in the matchday squad for fellow new arrival Georges-Kevin N'Koudou.

Stoke also have a number of new faces in their midst, with Wilfried Bony and Bruno Martins Indi both making their debuts this afternoon following their arrivals from Manchester City and Porto respectively.

Jonathan Walters also comes into the team in place of Mame Biram Diouf, who has failed to recover from a hamstring injury.
