Jed Wallace cancels out a Dean Wells goal to leave Portsmouth and Stevenage level at the break.

Portsmouth bounced back from going a goal down to leave their clash with Stevenage delicately poised at 1-1 at half time at Fratton Park this evening.

Charlie Lee's long-range strike just three minutes in nearly gave Stevenage the lead, but flew just wide of Paul Jones's goal.

Stevenage took the lead on 23 minutes when Dean Parrett's corner found Lee, who nodded back across goal for Dean Wells to fire home through a crowd of bodies.

However, the home side were level 10 minutes later when Jed Wallace's effort took a deflection and flew beyond Chris Day into the far corner of the Stevenage goal.
