Central Coast Mariners stage comeback win

Goals from Kim Seung-Yong and Bernie Ibini-Isei see Central Coast Mariners get the better of Melbourne Heart 2-1 in the A-League.

Central Coast Mariners have come from a goal down to defeat Melbourne Heart 2-1 away from home in the A-League.

John van 't Schip's side took the lead at the AAMI Park in the 34th minute through Orlando Engelaar.

However, Mariners restored parity in first-half injury time when Kim Seung-Yong found the target.

Phil Moss's team completed their comeback 13 minutes from time when Bernie Ibini-Isei got his effort past Heart goalkeeper Andrew Redmayne.

The result means that Mariners are now third in the league table with 36 points from 24 matches, while Heart are second from bottom.
