Forward Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly asked Real Madrid to consider selling him for £89m.
Ronaldo is contracted to the La Liga giants until 2021 and his release clause is set at £887m, but the Portuguese superstar continues to be linked with a move away from the Bernabeu with Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain holding an interest.
With neither club possessing the financial clout to make such an astronomical offer, Ronaldo has allegedly taken steps to try to make an exit from the Spanish club more "realistic".
According to the Daily Record, the 32-year-old is willing to "fight" for a transfer to either United or PSG due to his strained relationship with Florentino Perez.
Ronaldo has endured a difficult first half to the campaign, with the recently-crowned Ballon d'Or winner only scoring four times in 12 league outings.
Real also sit 14 points adrift of Barcelona in the La Liga standings.
