Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal are chasing Dnipro's highly-rated playmaker Yevhen Konoplyanka.
The 22-year-old, who is expected to line up for his country in Euro 2012, has been dubbed the 'Ukrainian Lionel Messi'.
Konoplyanka is seeking a move to one of Europe's top leagues, despite the hefty financial rewards on offer from Dnipro's billionaire owner Ihor Kolomoisky, according to talkSPORT.
The Ukraine's top clubs rarely sell players to foreign sides, with just three members of the currently national team plying their trade abroad.
Konoplyanka is thought to be available now at a cut price, though his value is expected to rise if he performs well in the Euros.
