The Brazilian joined the Italian side from Manchester United in January but has only started four Serie A games since his move.
Flachi told Radio Bu: "I'm sorry for Anderson, when he was at Manchester United I really liked him. Injuries have limited him; I would have expected more."
Anderson, 26, moved to United from Porto in 2007.
