Spanish striker Bojan has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea both tried to sign him during the summer.
The 21-year-old was presented with numerous options in August when Barcelona made it clear that he was surplus to requirements at the Nou Camp.
Despite interest from Premier League clubs, Bojan opted to join Serie A side AS Roma.
"Tottenham, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain all wanted me. But I came here with enthusiasm," he told La Repubblica.
"I wanted to be a part of this squad and in the plans of new coach Luis Enrique. It was a well-pondered move and one which I wanted."
Bojan was sent off during Roma's 3-0 defeat to Fiorentina at the weekend.
