Basel goalkeeper Yann Sommer has agreed a deal to sign for Borussia Monchengladbach at the end of the season.
The Swiss international will replace Marc-Andre ter Stegen, who is widely expected to join Spanish side Barcelona during the summer.

Although there has been no official confirmation from Monchengladbach, it has been reported that the Bundesliga outfit have parted with around £5m to sign the 25-year-old.
Sommer rose through the ranks at Basel, having signed on as a trainee in 2003.
