Manchester City reportedly win the race to snap up teenager midfielder Jules Ntcham from Le Havre.
Manchester City have reportedly beaten off the competition for the signature of young Frenchman Jules Ntcham.
The teenager is said to have attracted interest from a number of top European clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea, Juventus and Inter Milan.
However, Premier League champions City are the ones who will snap up the Le Havre midfielder, according to Sky Sports News.
Ntcham, 16, turned down the opportunity to sign a professional contract with Le Havre and was reportedly in Manchester for talks on Monday.
