Tom Daley signs a deal with CAA which could lead to him being a familiar face on US TV.

Tom Daley has inked a deal with CAA which could pave the way for him to become a familiar face on US TV.

The 27-year-old Olympic champion has made no secret of the fact that he has been looking to get into television work as his diving career comes to an end, which may be at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.

As part of the deal, CAA will work with Daley's global manager YMU to 'enhance his profile in the US' with "exceptional projects".

Holly Bott, MD at YMU, said: "We are delighted to be working in partnership with CAA, utilising their expertise to explore opportunities and further broaden and enhance Tom's profile within the US market.

"Tom is a truly Global client and we look forward to collaborating with CAA to create exceptional projects to reach a wide audience across all forms of broadcasting."

Daley previously worked on the ITV competition series Splash and has recently begun presenting The One Show for the BBC.
