Spandau Ballet's Tony Hadley tipped for Strictly Come Dancing

Former Spandau Ballet singer Tony Hadley is the latest celeb linked with this year's Strictly Come Dancing.

Former Spandau Ballet frontman Tony Hadley has emerged as a frontrunner to appear on the upcoming new series of Strictly Come Dancing.

The BBC is thought to be on the verge of finalising the celebrity lineup for the show, which is reportedly being cut from 13 weeks to just nine this year due to coronavirus.

According to The Mirror, 'Through The Barricades' singer Hadley has become the new favourite to compete, with his odds being slashed from 6/1 to 2/1 since the weekend.

The 60-year-old has been back in the news over the last few days, having slammed former bandmates Martin and Gary Kemp's mockumentary Kemps: All True as "embarrassing".

This year's Strictly is slated to begin on BBC One some time in late October.
