Roman Kemp 'dating Capital FM colleague'

Roman Kemp 'dating Capital FM colleague'
Roman Kemp is reportedly dating his Capital FM colleague Codie Jones after bonding over the death of a mutual friend.

Roman Kemp has reportedly been dating his Capital FM colleague Codie Jones for the last several months.

The 28-year-old, who has been single since splitting from a long-term girlfriend last summer, is said to have bonded with Jones following the loss of his best friend and colleague Joe Lyons last year.

Lyons - known as 'Producer Joe' - took his own life suddenly, leaving his friends and workmates devastated.

"Both Roman and Codie worked with Joe and were very close to him, so his death hit them both extremely hard," a source told The Sun.

"They got closer and ended up falling for each other. They've been dating a while now - it's clear to everyone at work that they're head over heels for each other.

"Codie met Roman's parents Martin and Shirlie before they started dating so they already loved her. She's fitted right in with the family."

Earlier this year Kemp presented a powerful documentary about male mental health, Roman Kemp: Our Silent Emergency, for BBC Three.
