Nigel Farage in talks for 'Celebrity Hunted'?

Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage is reportedly in talks to take part in the next series of Celebrity Hunted.

Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage is said to be in talks to appear on the next series of Celebrity Hunted.

The 55-year-old, who ended a 21-year tenure in the European Parliament on January 31 as the UK officially left the EU, has previously suggested that he is open to the idea of reality TV appearances in future.

Celebrity Hunted sees a number of celebrities 'go on the run' and attempt to evade capture by a team of professional hunters in the hopes of making it to the end and winning cash for charity.

A source told The Sun: "Nigel is always inundated with offers for reality TV shows and turns them down, but Celebrity Hunted has piqued his interest.

"After seeing Stanley Johnson on the show last year, Nigel said he was more keen to do it. On his behalf his team have been negotiating a package for him.

"Nigel is a people person and thinks he could easily get the public on his side to help him. Plus it's all for a good cause and Nigel knows how to laugh at himself."

The next series of Celebrity Hunted is expected to air in the autumn on Channel 4, although production could be delayed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
