Katie Price defends calling boyfriend Carl Woods "controlling"

Katie Price comes to the defence of boyfriend Carl Woods after she refers to him as "controlling" in a gushing post.

Katie Price has been forced to clarify comments she made about her boyfriend Carl Woods after referring to him as "controlling" on Instagram.

The pair have now been dating for almost five months and have already made plans to get married and have at least one child together, while they recently got tattoos of each other's faces.

In a post on Instagram praising Woods, 42-year-old Price said: "I love how my @carljwoods is amazingly loving affectionate everywhere we go, how protective, controlling, understanding, loyal, so kind, so generous he is! NOBODY HAS EVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE THIS!"

After multiple followers quizzed her on whether "controlling" is a good quality in a boyfriend, she replied: "Controlling controlling controlling yes totally in control just like I'm controlling so we make a perfect combination together and we wouldn't have it any other way !"

Woods himself then got involved, adding: "Relax control police.... Most women like a man to take control, that's what she means. So DON'T panic."

The couple are currently on holiday in the Maldives, where they are hoping to conceive a child.
