Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson has revealed that he is planning to propose to his co-star girlfriend Zara McDermott after just one year of dating.
The 27-year-old met former Love Island contestant McDermott, 23, after two unsuccessful attempts at finding love on E4's Celebs Go Dating.
The pair celebrated their one-year anniversary in May, with Thompson describing her as "the most beautiful, kind and caring girl".
Celebs Go Dating returns to E4 tonight for a special virtual series and Thompson will appear as a guest to talk about his time on the show.
Asked by the experts if he would be proposing by the end of the year, he replied: "I will, I actually will.
"How weird is that I have turned out of this whole situation with a girlfriend who I am currently holidaying with in Mykonos?
"The teachings you have all given me has allowed me to succeed in my relationship so I am eternally grateful."
The new series of Made In Chelsea is due to be filmed at a mansion in Surrey next month.
