Piers Morgan announces that he will not host the Monday edition of Good Morning Britain after displaying a "mild symptom" of coronavirus.

Piers Morgan has announced that he will not appear on Good Morning Britain tomorrow morning amid fears he may have coronavirus.

The outspoken presenter, 55, took to Twitter to reveal that he has a "mild symptom" of the deadly disease, which has killed almost 250,000 people worldwide.

Morgan has now taken a test for COVID-19 and is awaiting to hear the results, but will isolate at home in Kensington in the meantime.

Morgan's usual co-host Susanna Reid was previously forced to present the show from home for two weeks after one of her sons developed one of the symptoms of the disease.
