What happened with Eamonn Holmes last week?
The This Morning host was left furious by the edit of last week's episode, in which he was shown reacting to a serious moment in Ambulance with a light-hearted anecdote about forgetting his way to the hospital. Holmes says that in reality he recalled a harrowing incident from his childhood which saw his father die of a heart attack in front of him.
Studio Lambert, the makers of the show, issued a full apology and edited subsequent repeats of the episode. Holmes has since wiped the slate clean with the show and will be back in tonight's episode with his wife Ruth Langsford.
