Carol Vorderman joins Celebrity Gogglebox and will be paired up with Gyles Brandreth.

Carol Vorderman has revealed that she has joined the Celebrity Gogglebox lineup and will make her debut this week.

The 61-year-old TV legend becomes the latest partner for Gyles Brandreth, who was paired up with Dame Joanna Lumley for the first two episodes of the series, having previously appeared alongside Dame Sheila Hancock and Dame Maureen Lipman.

Writing on Instagram, Vorderman said: "So I'm making my debut this Friday 9pm on one of my favourite shows of all time and joining the @c4gogglebox gang....with my friend of 40 years @gylesbrandreth....

"Watch this week and let me know if you agree....we're a bit vocal....no holds barred"

Celebrity Gogglebox continues Fridays at 9pm on Channel 4.
