Rihanna is reportedly in talks to headline Glastonbury for the first time in 2023.

Rihanna is said to be in talks to be one of the headliners at next year's Glastonbury Festival.

The 34-year-old is the second best-selling female artist of all time, behind only Madonna, and boasts a huge array of number ones including 'Umbrella', 'S&M', 'We Found Love' and 'Diamonds'. She is also a successful businesswoman, amassing an estimated fortune of $1.4 billion through her fashion label, cosmetics brand and music career.

Glastonbury has yet to officially confirm the three headliners of the Pyramid Stage in 2023, although Arctic Monkeys and Eminem are thought to have signed up for two of the slots, and now The Sun says that Rihanna is in line to take the third.

"Rihanna has been approached about Glastonbury and next year's festival would be just the right timing for her," a source told the newspaper.

"She is a huge name for Worthy Farm and would be the perfect addition to the lineup.

"Everything about Rihanna's music comeback is being closely guarded but her team has been talking with the Eavis family."

The news comes ahead of tickets for the festival going on general sale this Sunday morning.
