The BBC has confirmed that EastEnders will premiere as weekly drops on iPlayer over the summer again.
Last summer, the soap's scheduling was massively disrupted by Euro 2020 and the Olympics and in response, each week's episodes were made available en masse every Monday morning to let viewers choose when to watch.
This year the BBC will be broadcasting Wimbledon, the Women's Euros and the Commonwealth Games - and with more schedule changes likely, the weekly EastEnders boxsets will return from next Monday, June 27.
"With such a big summer of sport ahead, box setting all four episodes again this year feels like the perfect solution to enable EastEnders viewers to choose when and where they want to get their weekly fix from Albert Square," said executive producer Chris Clenshaw.
"We have a big summer ahead so this is the perfect way to ensure that no-one has to miss out."
The weekly drops will run for eight weeks, starting Monday, June 27 at 6am and running until Monday, August 15.
