Big Brother Australia promises eviction every episode

The new season of Big Brother in Australia promises to feature an eviction every episode.

Channel Seven has released a new two-minute trailer for the upcoming new season of Big Brother in Australia.

The 12th season has already been pre-recorded and uses the North American version of the BB format, with the housemates voting themselves out until the final two - at which point the Australian public picks their winner.

Releasing the new video via Twitter, the show's account revealed: "Big Brother is changing the rules. Every day he will set a new challenge and every episode will end with an eviction."

Previous reports have indicated that the new season will run to 20 episodes, implying that if the eviction-per-episode promise comes true, there may be as many as 21 housemates competing on the show.

The new season will premiere on Sunday, June 7 on Seven.
