Peter Wright sets up a quarter-final with Gary Anderson at the PDC World Championship after both men won their third-round matches on day 10.
Last year's PDC World Championship runner-up Peter Wright advanced to the quarter-finals of this year's tournament with victory over Andy Hamilton at Alexandra Palace this afternoon.
Snakebite Wright never looked in trouble as he cruised to a 4-0 victory over Hamilton to reach the last eight.
There he will meet Gary Anderson after The Flying Scotsman ended Spaniard Cristo Reyes's surprise run in the tournament with a 4-1 win.
In the final game of day 10's afternoon session, Dutchman Vincent van der Voort got the better of Dean Winstanley 4-2 to set up a quarter-final against either 16-time world champion Phil Taylor or Kim Huybrechts of Belgium.
