Pakistan beat India by a single wicket in the sixth game of the Asia Cup in Mirpur today.

Pakistan won the toss and elected to field first as the tourists were set a target of 245 runs.

Captain Virat Kohli, who boasts the highest amount of runs in the competition with 184, failed to replicate his performance of the previous two fixtures after becoming India's second wicket with a score of five.

Rohit Sharma (56), Ambati Rayudu (58) and Ravindra Jadeja (*52) all contributed half-centuries to their country's haul before the end of their innings.

Mohammad Hafeez, who took two wickets during fielding, proved similarly as menacing at the crease, recording figures of 75 in helping Pakistan to the victory.
