The pilot episode of Michael Bay's Treasure Island prequel series will be shown in full at this year's Comic-Con, broadcast network Starz has announced.
Black Sails is set around 20 years prior to the classic Robert Louis Stevenson novel and focuses on the adventures of the feared Captain Flint (Toby Stephens) and his men.
Transformers director Bay has exec produced eight episodes of the series, which will air on Starz in January 2014.
As well as a screening of the first episode, the Comic-Con panel will feature a Q&A with stars from the show.
