John Cena addresses the WWE Universe about a "new era" that has emerged within the company at this week's SmackDown tapings in Lafayette, Louisiana.

John Cena believes that the WWE has moved into "a new era" following last Sunday's Wrestlemania XXX pay-per-view event.

According to Prowrestling.net, Cena told the crowd at this week's SmackDown tapings that anyone wishing to succeed in the company must face him, prompting current foe Bray Wyatt to hint at a rematch between the two at Extreme Rules.

Elsewhere on the show, which will air on Sky Sports on Friday evening, Cesaro, under the guidance of Paul Heyman, secured a disqualification win over The Big Show.

The team of The Usos and Daniel Bryan fought to a double count-out with Kane, Randy Orton and Batista, while the returning Rob Van Dam got the better of Damien Sandow.

Bad News Barrett scored a triumph over Kofi Kingston, with Rybaxel earning a win over Los Matadores.
