Report: WWE courting legends for WrestleMania XXX

The WWE are reportedly trying to secure appearances from several legends of the business, including 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, for WrestleMania XXX this Sunday.

The WWE are believed to be trying to secure appearances from several legends of the business for WrestleMania XXX in New Orleans this Sunday.

It is the 30th edition of the Showcase of the Immortals and the company are apparently determined to make it as star-studded as possible.

Hulk Hogan, who has main-evented on the Grandest Stage of Them All on six occasions, has already been confirmed as the the special guest host for WrestleMania XXX and more icons are expected to follow.

Another Hall of Famer, 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, is also thought to be on the WWE's wishlist for a cameo spot at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, according to wrestling website F4WOnline.

During the latest edition of The Steve Austin Show, the Texas Rattlesnake announced that he would be attending the 2014 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony in Louisiana on the night before WrestleMania.
