Great Britain lose fourth straight match in men's water polo to Hungary

Great Britain lose 17-6 to Hungary in the men's water polo competition to rule out any hope of progressing in the tournament.

Great Britain continued a miserable men's water polo tournament with a 17-6 defeat to Hungary.

A strong Hungary team showed no mercy in the early stages and registered five goals without reply in the first nine minutes of the match.

Team GB responded well and were able to score six times in the match to retain a sense of pride.

The men's tournament has been a steep learning curve for Team GB, losing all four of their group matches in the competition.

Great Britain will finish their tournament against Montenegro on Monday, August 6 hoping to secure their first water polo victory at London 2012.
