Result: Mikhail Youzhny exits Paris Masters

Mikhail Youzhny loses his round one match against Philipp Kohlschreiber at the Paris Masters.

Former World number eight Mikhail Youzhny has been knocked out of the Paris Masters by Germany's Philipp Kohlschreiber earlier today.

Youzhny lost the opening three games in the French capital, but the Russian replied by winning the next three.

However, Kohlschreiber struck back once again before eventually recording a 6-4 success.

The next set also went the way of 28-year-old Kohlschreiber, who registered a 6-4 6-2 win to move into round two.
