Report: London signs new contract to host ATP World Tour Finals

The O2 Arena in East London will host the ATP World Tour Finals until at least 2018, says a report.

The ATP World Tour Finals will remain in London until at least 2018, according to reports.

The event, which sees the top eight male players in the world compete, has been contested at the O2 Arena since 2009 and has attracted over 260,000 spectators.

The current contract is due to expire this year but The Telegraph reports that a new deal has been agreed.

London reportedly faced competition from Beijing and Abu Dhabi, but the newspaper suggests that the ATP has chosen London because of the excellent atmosphere generated by supporters.
