Ukraine's Andriy Kalynka wins 100m breaststroke gold in the SB8 category.

Ukraine's Andriy Kalynka has won the gold medal in the men's SB8 100m breaststroke.

Kalynka stormed into the lead and never looked back, taking the gold medal in the end comfortably, posting a time of 1:07.45.

Australia's Matthew Cowdrey was closest to the Ukrainian, but his time of 1:07.45 was never really in contention for gold.

Maurice Deelan took bronze with 1:11.09, some way ahead of Great Britain's hopefuls James Crisp and Sam Hynd, who finished sixth and seventh respectively.
