Jack Bridge finishes fourth in the SB9 100m breaststroke final.

Great Britain's Jack Bridge has finished fourth in the SB9 100m breaststroke, but was never really in with a chance of a medal.

Pavel Poltavtsev powered his way to gold with a world record time of 1:04.02 to leave the rest of the field behind.

Kevin Paul of South Africa, the quickest qualifier, had to settle for silver in the final with his time of 1:05.70.

Lin Furong was a few seconds behind to take bronze with his time of 1:07.40.

Bridge moved up to fourth from fifth after the turn but could not get himself into medal contention.
